Yeah, but well....

Peter Z can chime in, but there was a boat, "Cadence" that got chewed up
by Isabel and paid off by Bloat US...they paid off the claim to the
original owner, and assumed ownership and then moved the boat somewhere
for salvsge.....only, they never switched the registration with Maryland
DNR.

Fast forward to a couple years later, the previous owner and claimant gets
a call from Md DNR and they say "you are responsible for a boat that is
abandoned at (such and such loaction"  implying a fairly significant set
of expenses from environmental concerns, etc

Claimant/P/O. says, whoa, WTF??? I havent owned the boat since Bloat US
wrote me a check!!

As far as I know, this is still unresolved, but I'll check to make sure I
have not impugned the name of Bloat US and the due dilligence of their
insurance practices.
