for linked data
This international survey conducted by OCLC Research revealed that the two
main reasons why institutions publish linked data are to expose materials to
a larger audience on the Web and to demonstrate what could be done with
their datasets as linked data.

The Vancouver Aquariums library uses WorldShare Interlibrary Loan to
supplement library resources for researchers who need access to specific and
hard-to-find items. Article Exchange especially allows the library to
deliver these items quickly and easily.
