week break included) 

Do you find yourself stressed and overwhelmed by email and other online
communications?

feel guilty or disconnected when you do? If you answered yes to any of these

online course you will learn how to. 

.        Identify the common causes of digital overload and develop
priorities

.        Create a schedule to manage digital information more effectively

.        Adopt better habits for setting technology boundaries

.        Leverage technology tools and training resources to prevent digital
overload 

NOTE: This course includes an intentional two week break for learners to
practice the techniques of managing digital information.
