OK, I am discussing this with DreamHost, and hope to be able to resolve the
issue. But... when I originally started this thread, several posters
suggested various hosting companies at around the USD 50-100/month level,
which was good, but not in the same category as DreamHost (about
USD6/month).

So, what I would like to ask in this post is for a Plan B in case DreamHost
fall through: can anyone recommend another good hosting company that
supports Catalyst at around the USD 10 / month level, more or less?
