Chinese officials are striking religious music from the programs of
visiting musical groups. Mozart's Requiem-- the piece played by a

Chinese censors recently struck Carmina Burana, a piece whose Latin
text was apparently enough to suggest religious intent.

with Your help,
so that all our prayers and works may begin in You and by You be happily ended.
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
Amen.
