I have to have two screws put in my foot to place the broken bone into proper alignment. It's scheduled for Tuesday the 13th at 5:00 PM PST and it should take about 1 1/2 hours for the surgery and then whatever time to recovery from the anesthesia then I can go home, it will be an out patient procedure. The doc said it will be another 4 to 6 weeks for recovery. I was almost recovered (I thought) from the December 3rd fall...but now it will be another few weeks. The problem is I'm dependent on unemployment right now and I will have to completely off that foot for at least two weeks possibly 4 which means I can't file for unemployment, you have to be physically able to work in order to receive unemployment compensation. Please pray we are able to make ends meet, that I have a safe surgery and speedy and complete recovery with no lasting effects. Thank you all and God bless.
