I'm going to try to write this out best I can, because my knowledge of Nova's past physical and genetic problems is somewhat limited in being medically correct. But I know you will remember praying for her before, and she really needs prayer now. She fell on ice in a parking lot last week, was in much pain, noticed a painful lump on her lower back, and that she was losing bladder control. Began to not be able to stand very well, also. Was hospitalized, and then transferred yesterday by ambulance to Kansas University Medical Center because of better technical equipment there.
A mylogram was done last night, which showed that her spine and the hardware from previous surgeries has shifted, putting her at scale 9 pain! She is not a candidate for surgery at this time because she is too high-risk. Please please pray hard for pain relief, and for the Lord to show the surgeons what to do, as they are conferencing today. Please pray for her physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
