Per LRUMap bugzilla report
(http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=32573) it is not clear
whether this is an inherent problem of LRUMap or whether this is caused by
lack of synchronization in Cayenne. In any event we need to address it.
