"To Dep PK" checkbox is incorrectly checked when mapping DbRelationship

When creating a DbRelationship with a join from PK to non-pk, CayenneModeler by
default selects "toDepPK' on the reverse side. Later I changed cardinality from
default many-to-one to desired one-to-many, but could not uncheck the invalid
"to Dep PK". Ideally we should improve the entire relationship interface, but
for now at least it shouldn't incorrectly check "To Dep PK"
