Review mock apache build of Cayenne 2.0

I just posted a mock release build of Cayenne 2.0, looking the way it  
will when released from Apache:

I'd like to ask our mentors (or anybody else for that matter, who  
understands the Apache release legal requirements) to download it and  
comment on whether anything is done wrong.

Again, this is NOT a release vote. We still need to get a few more  
CLA's and address the LGPL thingy in the Windows build. This is just  
to ensure that our build scripts are compliant before we branch 2.0  
in Subversion and open HEAD for 3.0 commits.
