It needs a top-level README with the incubator disclaimer in it -- see http://tinyurl.com/p5lf3 It's possible the disclaimer is somewhere in cayenne-2.0-incubating-SNAPSHOT/doc/index.html , but I'm not spotting it with just a quick check (I clicked on each in the index.html).
