While watching crows at the Stevenson Road compost facility today I had one
LESSER BLACK-BACKED GULL adult, 1 Great Black-backed Gull juvenile, a
modest number of Herring Gulls (all ages), and lots and lots of Ring-billed
Gulls.
Also present were about 150 American Crows, 10 or more Fish Crows, one
calling juvenile Common Raven, and a flock of Blue Jays in the woods.
Lots of hawk harassment, including a juvenile Cooper's Hawk that tried
unsuccessfully for a very young hatch-year American Crow.
