On a fine, early-morning walk along Mt. Pleasant Rd., I watched for some
time a PALM WARBLER (Eastern) foraging here and there at the pipeline cut
about ΒΌ mi. west of the observatory. Also saw my first ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK
(light) of the season, on a wire at the towers. And a flyover SNOW BUNTING.
