No Eared Grebes in Aurora, but 3 Horned. Many Red-breasted Mergs around the lake shore. 3 Mute Swans and a thousand Tundras, but just couldn't make one into a Trumpeter. There was a handsome Hooded Merg. too, up in the village of Cayuga. Bluebirds, Kestrels, etc. and gas is $2.70/9 in Union Springs. Carol Schmitt
