On 3/24, I flushed a COMMON (WILSON'S) SNIPE from a ditch in Brooktondale. And this evening, while listening to AMER. WOODCOCK atop Bald Hill, another WILSON'S (COMMON) SNIPE flew by, giving its flight call, and heading for a small pond nestled in a nearby valley. Cold out there.
