There are numerous mixed flocks with hundreds of geese each flying over Cornell campus right now. In 15 minutes, I saw ~3000 Canadas, ~2000 Snows, and 3 Cackling. On a belated note, on Sunday afternoon I also observed tens of thousands of blackbirds flying in a dense and unbroken stream at Route 90's Exit 41. Quite the sight, even at highway speeds!
Happy Birding!
