I saw the WEGR Tuesday ~3pm from the south side of the marina at Myer's. (I
had not spotted it from the lighthouse in the half hour prior.) There was a
strong wind coming out of the north and it was diving frequently, moving
south and then west; I lost sight of it in the chop around 3:30.
