Speaking of PRAIRIES, Susie & I found 3 today: one in white pines at the corner of Bald Hill School and Grove School Rds. in Brooktondale, and 2 among smallish white pines in an old field at the south end of Creamery Rd. near its intersection with Robinson Hollow Rd., town of Richford. Also found a Kingfisher nest hole along Griggs Gulf Rd., Town of Harford. This is only the second kingfisher nest we have ever found.

It sang 3 loud songs and then disappeared. That's a new yard bird for me here on Yellow Barn RD. Kevin Kevin J.
