Early this afternoon I had a walk around the flat area at lower Robert Treman State Park. Among a small group of TURKEY VULTURES overhead was one with a single white inner right primary. I'm curious about anyone else seeing this bird.

Also of note was a COMMON RAVEN duo. The first bird approached from the east, giving low croaks and flew into the park's gorge. A few minutes later a second bird appeared from the east as well, giving higher croaks and circling as if asking where the first bird went. I think there was a response from the gorge before the second bird headed that way. Shortly thereafter presumably the same 2 emerged from the gorge and flew close together back to the east, the following bird giving low croaks. I figure there's a good chance they are a mated pair who have nested in Enfield Glen or across the valley at Lick Brook, but I wonder what was going on between them.
