This afternoon Dave Wheeler and I were at Oswego Harbor when a gentleman named John Germain drove up to us to tell us he has seen an adult Black Skimmer the last two days at Lake Neatahwanta in Fulton. He showed us photos of the bird. He saw it yesterday at 11:30am and Wednesday evening at about 7:30pm. Dave and I just arrived here, but no luck yet.
