The platform which NYSEG placed on the pole that had an Osprey nest last year has remained empty all spring. Last week I noticed one Osprey perching on the platform. This morning there are two there. But probably too late for them to start a family, right? The pole is on the west side of Rt 89, just south of entrance to Deans Cove. Town of Romulus.
