Yesterday (28 April) Reuben Stoltzfus was traveling north on NYS-414 between Ovid and Romulus when he saw several kettles of small Buteos who circled tightly and flapped rapidly. They totaled about 200 birds. This was before the rainstorm. - - Dave Nutter
