Saw a silent Yellow-billed Cuckoo around noon today at Hawthorn Orchard, at the northwest corner in the clearing near the recway. That and five silent relatively-photogenic Scarlet Tanagers (three males, two females) were the highlights of my brief late-morning visit there.
