One is a Data Analyst/Tester position in Houston. It is scheduled to start immediately and will run through the end of the year. There is a possibility that a second phase of the project will be approved. If that happens it will add another 12 to 18 months of work. The second position is a Scripting/Tester position in Bartlesville. It is scheduled to start at the end of September and will run through mid-December. Since both of these are contract-only positions, please feel free to send H-1s. Both of the job descriptions are below for you. The rates for these positions have not been set by our client. Let me know if you have any questions for me. Thanks for your help! Have a great day, *Data Analyst/Tester Position in Houston:* Our client needs a Testing Resource. The initial phase is now through the end of the year. Then they will go to the Front-end Loading phase which is an additional 12-18 months. The 12-18 months has *not *been approved yet, but our contact says it has to be. The Project is a U.S. Marketing Pricing Project. They use Pro Remedy Management on this project. It is basically a Star Schema DB. They bring in data from tons of systems and do a lot of integration on this project. They use Informatica as their Middleware. They need a good Data Analyst that can help Test. Being able to write SQL Queries is important because they will pull information out of an application through Informatica that will be imported into Oracle. Experience in both Automated and Manual Testing is important because they use the queries to implement user testing. End to End Testing experience. They are looking for resumes ASAP. Good communication is key here as well. If they interview and find the right person, that person can start immediately. * Scripting/Tester Position in Bartlesville:* This company is in the process of testing Sharepoint. They have someone there that can stress test, using Loadrunner (testing tool they use) – they can run the test and interpret the results. The person they want us to find is the person that writes the scripts to get the test results. This is a project that starts the end of September and runs through mid-December. Scripting is the major requirement here. Load Runner uses C, although it might not be standard C.
