*Please send me your consultant updated resume* *Position: ** Tester* *Location **NV, Las Vegas* *Duration: **6**+ months** Interview: Phone** and Skype** * *Job Description:* *PHONE HIRE* * * Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to the following. - Work with client teams and stakeholders to discover, categorize, implement, and deliver high-level user stories for the development teams. - Work with Scrum Master/Development Manager and the Scrum teams to size and manage discovered user stories. - Engage with Product Owner to prioritize sized user stories. - Facilitate continuous improvement within the business and agile environment. - Develop test cases and test scripts (automated and manual), based on acceptance criteria. - Contribute to the establishment of automated testing tools and processes. - Facilitate communication between Product Owner and the developers on the assigned team. - Assist Scrum Master/Development Manager in facilitating sprint planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives. - Facilitate internal and external awareness and knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and selected agile approaches like story development, acceptance criteria, continuous integration, regression testing, and systems integration. - Build client relationships. * * *Skills Required* * * - A demonstrated history of 2+ years story development, grooming, prioritizing, and sizing experience with related skills acquired through college courses, technical training and/or previous work experience. - A demonstrated history of establishing and using automated test tools and processes. - A Bachelor¹s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or technical training equivalent. - *The ability to incorporate story-based requirements and verification using a variety of relevant testing frameworks (ITKO LISA, Rally, Bugzilla, Rally, Quality Center).* - *Scrum-based agile roles, meetings, stories, and status reporting required.* *Desired* * * - Familiarity with continuous development and integration, test harnesses, Kanban / task boards, velocity, burn down charts. - Certification as a salesforce.com administrator and / or developer. - Scrum certification. - Experience in highly regulated industries like the gaming industry.
