For the assigned set of suppliers and/or supplier relationships, the SRO is responsible for: 1) liaising with applicable Business Supplier Relationship Managers (BSRMs), SM (Supplier Management) Coordinator, and the Sector SRM teams to ensure appropriate risk mitigation activities are taken to address potential or existing risk; 2) ensuring compliance with SRM policies and standards; and 3) supporting the implementation of ESRM strategic program enhancements. *Qualifications:* Candidate with 5+ years of relevant experience Minimum BS/BA degree. Preferred MA/M.Sc./MBA degree Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate complex and sensitive issues to senior management Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels Strong risk management background Strong supplier risk analysis and problem solving skills Other related supplier risk governance duties as required Ability to exercise sound, timely and independent judgment Strong organizational skills to manage multiple competing priorities Ability to work independently and effectively in a large, global corporate environment Strong influencing, facilitation, leadership, relationship management skills.
