*Role:* Responsible
for driving improvements in voice operations and capabilities for voice
services, call center infrastructure, and unified communications.
*Experience: *
- Experience
in Unity and *Unity Connect voice mail*.
- Extensive
experience in *Cisco Call Manager* (ver 7 or higher)
- Experience
in Cost Routing, *SIP, MACD, UCCX* and call center functions.
- Extensive
experience in the design, configuration and support of *LAN/WAN
networking*
environments.
- Must
be available for 24x7 support and be willing to periodically travel.
- Experience
in Metro Ethernet, PRI, DS3 preferred.
- Strong
customer service skills and be an effective communicator.
Experience
supporting a call center and video conferencing is a plus.
