Please include your employer details as well and reply to my official id [email protected] <[email protected]>* *JOB TITLE: *Healthcare Business Analyst *Location: MA-Massachusetts/Quincy* *Duration: 4 months* *M.O.I Telephonic + Face2Face* *Only required USC,GC,EAD-GC for this requirement* *Key Accountabilities:* - Responsible for direct project leadership of Business Process Consultants, Programmers, Analysts and/or matrix management of Business leaders, consultants, analysts and Subject Matter Experts(dependent on initiative) for each project s/he is leading - Responsible for Driving Business Strategies through a BPM methodology to uncover business needs which will enable the business strategy through a wide variety of tools and techniques - Responsible for leading cross functional end-to-end Business Process reviews with cross-functional representation in support of enterprise process model decomposition, business process redesign and technology requirements from business problem to solution design assuring strategic value - Responsible for coordinating the marriage of a holistic solution of process improvement initiatives and technology development in support of the program initiative through process methodology and audit trails - Perform stage gate reviews for assuring process methodology, quality deliverables, traceability and value proposition and ensuring smooth transitions to sequential gate owners - Responsible to develop/maintain a Enterprise Process Model repository and Business Process Asset Library tool; develop standards, organize, version controls, identify initiative impacts, identify process touch-points, system touch-points and to create a process for keeping processes up to date - Responsible for utilizing Lean/Six Sigma methodologies where appropriate to assess processes, identify efficiencies and propose business process modeling solution options - Utilize a broad understanding of technology auto-solutions and their application including: scripting, database, applications, desktop tools, etc.; Plan and deliver solutions that are clearly documented, have traceability to business objectives and are in line with business priorities while aligning these solutions with long term technology capabilities - Establish routines to search out interdependencies between processes, identify inconsistencies, overlaps and non-value activity to achieve better efficiencies across the enterprise - Coordinate, author and validate business artifacts supporting the process - Provide appropriate support to achievement of the IT plan objectives - Build and grow trusting and credible relationships with key internal and external stakeholders; developing a credible presence of the Process Competency across the company - Partner with Business Leaders to translate and evaluate short and long term business challenges by engaging in problem solving activities. - Represent divisional interests through influence and negotiation in cross-functional workgroups with a process improvement and business solutions focus - Demonstrates excellent oral and written communications; can translate IT technical language to business terms, can distill strategic ideas into understandable components - Ensure initiative communications and documentation are created, and delivered to stakeholders specifications and adhered to EPM methodologies *Qualifications (knowledge/skills/abilities/behaviors):* - Strong understanding of business process methodologies, process improvement and change management principles and approaches - Demonstrated strong strategic planning and the ability to distill complex ideas into actionable plans - Proven success at managing people, work streams and matrix teams to achieve a desired result - Strong project planning to drive project milestones, gate management and quality deliverables - Adept at presentation development for a diverse audience and levels - Knowledge of Technology solution tools and capabilities; BPM tools, Process automation tools, applications and how they can translate to business solutions - Expert in facilitating cross-functional work teams and business process reviews to identify business impact, needs, efficiency opportunities, redundancy implications and risk concerns - Vast Business knowledge to identify potential process overlaps, systems and opportunity areas - Proven Operations leadership experience in order to provide proposed business model recommendations, process options and solutions - Proven success in achieving business goals and objectives; proven ability to manage multiple time sensitive initiatives to strict deadlines - Ability to develop strong working relationships and to influence key internal constituents to meet critical enterprise-wide business objectives. - High degree of professionalism and presentation skills very important *Education and Relevant Experience: Need strong HealthCare experience* - *A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive operations experience in mid to large-sized health insurance organization and/or* - *5-7+ year's experience as a successful Project manager of SDLC processes with oversight for large-scale or enterprise projects; ability to operate at the corporate level* - *Demonstrated experience performing consultant services to business professionals* - *Certificate in Six Sigma/Lean methodologies* - Bachelor's degree required.
