[OSL | CCIE_RS] SNMP version 3

Hi Scott,

I am confused with SNMP version 3 specially with the security model.
When I look at the command for SNMP group it has options for V1, V2c
and V3 security models.

If I select V1 model for security in that where will the community
string be specified. As per the doc I can only specify username and
group for SNMP V3.
