  According to

type 5's are denied at stub.
  According to RFC standard:
  "As specified in Section 12.4.3, Type 4 summary-LSAs 
(ASBR-summary-LSAs) are never originated into stub areas."

  So the RFC reflects lab results, but Cisco disagrees :)
