Read the Developing IP Multicast Networks book: it's worth the 3 or 4 days
of your time. If you can get a copy of Beau Williamson's Techtorial
presentation from Cisco Live I'd recommend reading that too. Also be sure to
read from the DocCD about newer topics like SSM and Bidirectional PIM etc.
