I think the section in the CCIE R&S Certification guide is pretty decent
information as well.  Like Jared added, the docCD is actually pretty decent
on multicast as well.  In addition, I would say read the aspects of the book
you mentioned that you feel you need a refresher on or if you need more
detailed information
