FYI I received your post all three times on the list : )  I agree that you
should be seeing the information in the tables. I am not sure as to why or
if it is a GNS3 thing, but you might want to try manually enabling IGMP
Snooping globally or per VLAN.  I know it is enabled by default, but you
might want to give that a try and let us know how it works out.  This is a
real 2950 switch?  How do you have version 12.4 ???
