if all the switches are in same vtp domain then will they not share every
thing related to vtp envoirnment.
vtp has been updated in server then it should have updated in client too
automatically.

This is not a bug - it's an expected behavior. Clients cannot change
operating parameters in the VTP domain, only servers can. If you wish o
change operating version in the domain, you should do it from the server, or
on the client before changing it to client mode.
