BGP will never advertise a route he don't know how to get to. ("BGP Golden
Rule").
If the routes are installed on BGP routing table you can aggregate them...

Is it possible to aggregate the OSPF learned routes onto BGP without
redistribution?
BGP only accepts the same prefix in the routing table? right?
