Mike,

To administratively scope your Auto-rp domain you want to scope the two
groups that Auto-rp uses for control messages.  If you are asked to "not
allow Auto-RP announcements to be visible anywhere outside AS67" I would
use the method below.

access-list 1 permit 224.0.0.0 15.255.255.255
