It is recommended due to the fact the routing process may not be up and
running.  But since the question didn't state to account for it I would
accept either way on the question.

I can't remember where I heard it, either the AoD or VoD, but my
understanding is it is best practice to use the "ip default-gateway" in
conjunction with a non-local core dump.  So in this case I might also add
the following command.

ip default-gateway 150.50.56.6

Is this still recommended and/or necessary?
