Hi,

I dont think so.

The number of dual ccie r&s + security reduced by 5. That to me suggests 5 guys 
may have lost their # while 5 passed canceling out the increament.

THe total numbers should count all CCIE's including the multiple ones. I also 
think the numbers are not 100% accurate or recent as last couple weeks quite a 
few Security attempts were successful! :-)
