The only thing I would add is I have not been able to get NTP Peer to work
in many 12.4T images.  Just doesn't work at all.  If the choice is there use
server.

In the lab, if we are asked to configure NTP for time synchronization,
should we use "ntp peer" or "ntp server" on the client?
