Hi Johan,
ip ospf 1 area 0 takes the advertises the tunnel interface into OSPF
area 1. Its the same as using "ip ospf 1" and "network x.x.x.x area 0"
ip ospf network point to multipoint changes the ospf network type to
point to multipoint. Here, no DRs are needed and nexthop is modified.
ip nhrp redirect is for NHRP version 3. it is used to perform NHRP
redirection without havinf to perserve the nexthop as in NHRP version
2.
