Hi Anantha Subramanian Natarajan DMVPN has come in three phases - phase 1, 2 and 3.
Phase 1 is hub and Spoke model where all the spoke's traffic goes through the hub. Phase 2 and 3 are dynamic and spokes can directly send traffic to each other without going through the hub. These models are exclusive. I think, this is what they ware trying to say.
