Hello Kings, Time management is key. Do you use alias' on the routers and switches? Using those in effectively can save 20-30 minutes.
When you book the 7:45 minute session, are you able to dedicate the entire slot to the lab or will you have to suffer through work calls and other interruptions? If you cannot dedicate the entire window, I recommend planning on doing each lab in [2] * 7:45 slots. I would also recommend you do all of the Vol2 labs, possibly more than once if time permits. I also highly encourage you to purchase and do the Yusuf Bhaji mock labs only available from Cisco Press. Other pointers - read each lab thoroughly before starting and note which items have prerequisites. Often times basic connectivity requires the firewall and IPS sections to be completed first. Also be very careful what order you do the firewall configurations - most labs give you the IP addresses first along with interfaces. Many later tasks like redundant interfaces or failover actually have you alter the firewall configurations you already spent time on. Thats all I can think of now. Best of luck.
