I don't know how else it would get there without CTA. Thats why i'm getting
confused a bit...
Some of the conditions are PA and some are Host, but they all need CTA to
supply the information to match the conditions....

I guess i'm trying to establish when would you assign a token of 'Cisco:PA
Healthy' as opposed to 'Cisco:Host Healthy' for a certain condition set?
