This is killing me! I have spent almost all this session struggling with
connectivity-issues. It was like 5 hours ago that I tried to contact after
hours support but still no answers.

This is my last week before my first lab attempt. I have scheduled a bunch
of lab sessions and I dont have time for this type of problems.

I know that its early morning in the US but isn“t that why there is an
"after hours support" that should be available?
