Follow my thoughts

I undertood they want this:
rekey authentication mypubkey rsa KEY (under crypto gdoi group)

What doesn't make much sense is for rekey, that a required step to configure
rekey authentication (or at least I thought it was required)

2. No idea

3. it could be a start for integrating GETVPN/DMVPN. There might be other
good ones links as well
