Hi Kings,
Regardless of the configured subnet mask, by default loopbacks are advertised 
as host routes (/32).
 The subnet comes into consideration when you configure "ip ospf network 
point-to-point".
 If you already configured the loopback as a /32 subnet mask, then the presence 
(or absence) of the command doesn't really matter.
