Thanks. So that means if I am asked to configure authentication for RIP for the 
ASA, it would mean that the authentication on the routers has already being 
pre-configured. Correct?

How much routing would we need to know on the lab exam. I would think that we 
would need to know how to configure on the ASA routing in full but how about on 
the routers? Just the authentication if asked?
