Hey guys, just rotating back to this thread again. Reading through the Flash cards explanation to a uRPF question, it's stated and I quote
"The uRPF works in one of three different modes: strict mode, loose mode, or VRF mode. " So, although, we can configure uRPF for three different modes, and I'm not sure about the VRF mode configuration, the Security Exam really does focus on the Loose and Strict mode configuration. So with that in mind, would the answer still be all three modes or just Loose and Strict mode. This is just the kind of open question that would absolutely frustrate me if Cisco gave me a fail score on account of one question like that in the OEQs Mark On Thu, May 5, 2011 at 12:02 AM, Kingsley Charles < [email protected]> wrote: > My answers would be Loose mode and Strict mode. > > > With regards > Kings > > On Thu, May 5, 2011 at 8:15 AM, Mark Senteza <[email protected]>wrote: > >> Hey all, >> >> quick question about uRPF >> >> if asked what mode does uRPF work in, would listing VRF mode be expected >> along with Loose mode and Strict mode, or just Loose mode and Strict mode. >> >> Thanks >> >> Mark >> >> _______________________________________________ >> For more information regarding industry leading CCIE Lab training, please >> visit www.ipexpert.com >> >> Are you a CCNP or CCIE and looking for a job?
