IEEE STP uses 803.2 with 802.2 where SSAP and DSAP value is of 0x42. Thus
LSAP will be 0x4242

PVST+ uses 802.3 with SNAP of and hence LSAP will be always 0xAAAA. The SNAP
ethertype is 0x010B.
