Well....as I am NEW to ASA, but i know that through some cisco docs that no
management-interface is a command and can be given, if we would liek to use
as  inband interface for traffic movement of telnet , or regular data
traffic.

I believe security-level , no shut are mandatory commands to make an
interface work as per ASA algoerithm.
